try a class for FREEA class to celebrate life and vitality in strengthening our bodies, stretching our muscles, mobilizing our joints, practicing our balance and stabilizing the core. End the class with a restorative, breathing practice lying on the floor.
Stability is the cornerstone upon which your strength is delivered, your aerobic performance is delivered and your anaerobic performance is delivered. And it’s the way that you do so safely.
Balance raining involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.
RESTORE to stretch and release muscle tension and allow rejuvenation and renewal during yogic sleep.
HATHA AND RESTORE

This class combines breathing, mantra, sitting warm up, traditional hatha yoga standing poses, and restorative stretches on the floor. Complete this class with relaxation and quieting.
