I’m very excited  and honored to be part of this group.  I live in the NYC metro area and enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and yoga.  Being able to Zoom into a yoga class has been a balm during these strange times.

Also, kudos to Carolyne for putting together such a professional  website and marketing program for these classes.  I’m pretty sure that’s been a *ton* of work and you made it look so effortless to those who are benefitting from it.

Finally, thanks to Garry, all around great guy and super hot model, particularly in those electric green tights!

One of the great gifts of this pandemic has been to reconnect with you and your magnificent energy… (even if it is virtual right now)!!

I have had a love hate relationship with yoga. I have gone to yoga occasionally  because I thought I “should’ but I often found I was struggling to do all the moves and I would end up with more issues with my body after (probably my type A personality trying to keep up)! A friend of mine during the pandemic encouraged me to try again. I stumbled on your youtube channel and the hip series. I have literally had a pain in my “butt’ for 10 years and it is getting worse not better despite curtailing tennis, running etc. It is hard to explain how amazing in was to hear your voice and to be in your presence. Your energy is infectious and you are an incredible teacher.  I decided to give the yoga a try and the hour flew by (usually for me it feels like an hour is about 10 hours when I have done yoga!) LOL. I love the readings you share and my body feels so good. I really resonated on Thursday night when you talked about you body breaking down and you had to change it up. So inspiring.

I want to thank you for your incredible classes.  They have made a huge positive difference in my life right now, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  I am extremely grateful for them and follow you four times a week. I think I am stronger now because of them and also walking every day.  I am fortunate to live in such a beautiful city with so many great opportunities for walks.

And so. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and  hope you keep doing them.
