How do Virtual Classes Work?

Overview

These classes have all beeen pre-recorded.  Once you have an annual membership, you simply click on the image and you’ll be taken to Vimeo, where you will be asked to enter a password (that has been provided to you).

What equipment will I need?

A variety of equipment is suggested for these classes, including:

  • Yoga Mat – a blanket or towel works in a pinch
  • Yoga Blocks – books also work
  • Yoga Strap – a necktie also works, or a belt
  • Weights – an assortment of weights, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 lb.  Cans of soup, beans etc also work.
  • Exercise Bands – light, medium and heavy strength

You can view the classes on a phone, tablet and deesktop – just make sure your sound is on!
