Each day I wake up in Puerto Vallarta in the winter and Vancouver in the summer and I am  delighted to be living my dream of teaching yoga each day, hiking two times a week and generally smelling and eating up the moments of my splendid existence.
One of my favorite poets is Mary Oliver.  Her quotes and poems tickle my spirit to say yes to life each and every day.
Here is a sampling of Mary’s passionate approach to living in bliss:
“When all is over, I don’t want to wonder if I have made my life particular and real. When it is all over I want to shout . . . I was a bride married to amazement.  I was the groom taking the world in my arms. I don,t want to end up simply having visited the world “

“Every day I see and hear something that more or less kills me with delight, that leaves me like a needle in a haystack of light. ”

“Ten times a day something happens to me like some strengthening throb of amazement . . . some good sweet empathetic ping and swell. This is first, the wisest thing I know; that the soul exists and is built entirely out of attentiveness. ”
If you live in Puerto Vallarta join me each day in the practise. If you don’t jump on a plane and spend a week with me doing yoga, hiking and generally saying YES to life.
Namaste.  May the passion in me salute the passion in you.
